During 11, 12 and 13 March, we held our annual sales convention at Inkema, bringing together different departments across the company to analyse the current state of the industry, share knowledge and strengthen collaboration in preparation for future challenges.
Throughout these three days, we combined site visits, working sessions and social activities that helped strengthen relationships between colleagues and continue building a shared vision for Inkema’s future.
Visit to our manufacturing facilities
We began the first day with a visit to our two manufacturing facilities for sectional industrial doors and high-speed doors in Valencia, where the team had the opportunity to see our production processes first-hand and learn about the latest developments at our facilities.
The day concluded with a group lunch, featuring one of the most iconic dishes of the local cuisine: an authentic Valencian paella, which provided the perfect opportunity to exchange impressions in a relaxed atmosphere.
Sales meetings, analysis and future outlook
A significant part of the convention was dedicated to cross-department sales meetings, where teams shared results, general company updates and information about new products and ongoing projects.
Time was also set aside to review the past year and reflect on the challenges and opportunities facing the industry. These sessions allowed participants to exchange experiences, align objectives and continue working towards a shared vision for Inkema’s future.
A barbecue to celebrate team spirit
The convention concluded with a barbecue for the entire Inkema team, an opportunity to enjoy time together and strengthen relationships outside the usual working environment.
Through conversations, laughter and a relaxed atmosphere, colleagues from different departments were able to spend time together, get to know each other better and celebrate the efforts made throughout the past year.
Without a doubt, this gathering became one of the most memorable moments of the convention, reminding us that Inkema’s growth is also built through the people who are part of the company.
