The solutions that Inkema offers for its loading docks are as diverse as the requirements of our customers. A recent example is the manufacture of custom-made lift tables with anti-slip flooring for a multinational logistics company based in the United Kingdom.
The project consisted of the design and manufacture of lift tables measuring 2,850 mm in length and 1,860 mm in width, capable of supporting loads exceeding 3 tonnes and providing a lifting height of 1,600 mm.
The distinctive feature of these lift tables was the requirement to incorporate a side hydraulic lip, together with perimeter safety guardrails on all four sides, an interlocked access gate, and an operating control station. In addition, the entire surface of the hydraulic lift table had to be anti-slip. A perimeter toe-guard safety system was also incorporated to minimise workplace safety risks.
