Frequently Asked Questions
We answer the most common questions about our technical service, coverage, maintenance and support processes, so you have all the information you need before requesting assistance.
Can I request technical advice?
Yes. Our technical and sales teams will help you define the most suitable solution based on your operation, installation requirements and project specifications. In many cases, a proper initial assessment helps prevent future limitations in day-to-day operations.
Does Inkema manufacture bespoke solutions?
Yes. A large proportion of our solutions are manufactured specifically to meet the dimensions, operating conditions and technical requirements of each project. This includes special configurations, integration with other systems, and adaptations for sectors such as cold chain logistics, food processing, industrial manufacturing and automation.
Do you operate exclusively in Spain?
No. Inkema develops projects both nationally and internationally, adapting its solutions to the regulations and operational requirements of different markets. We currently work with companies across a wide range of industries in more than 100 countries worldwide.
What information should I prepare before contacting you?
Having approximate dimensions, photographs of the installation, or basic information about the intended operation is always helpful. Details such as the type of vehicle, loading frequency, thermal requirements, or space constraints allow us to provide a more accurate technical proposal from the outset.
Do you also provide installation and maintenance services outside Spain?
Installation and technical service are provided directly in Spain and Portugal. In other territories, commissioning and maintenance are typically carried out through authorised distributors or local technical teams in coordination with the customer. This approach allows each project to be adapted to the technical and operational requirements of its market while ensuring ongoing technical support and project oversight throughout execution.
What are your typical lead times?
Lead times depend on the type of solution, the level of customisation, and the complexity of the installation. Standard projects generally require shorter delivery times, while bespoke or integrated solutions may involve a more extensive engineering, manufacturing and implementation process.
