As its name suggests, a lift table is a platform that can be raised or lowered to different heights. Inkema lift tables meet the various logistics needs of most industries, including food processing, pharmaceuticals, automotive, textile manufacturing, and many others.

What are lift tables used for?

Inkema hydraulic lift tables are primarily designed for:

  • Overcoming level differences: they vertically move all types of loads to overcome height differences in confined spaces.
  • Loading docks: a hydraulic lift table is one of the most widely used solutions when there is no dock height available or when vehicles of different heights need to be loaded or unloaded.
  • Production and assembly systems: they help optimise assembly lines, production systems, maintenance operations, repairs, packaging processes, and more. Proper product handling and manufacturing improve operator efficiency, contribute to higher productivity, and create a safer working environment. They can also be integrated into robotic logistics systems or fully automated operations.

They are available with a variety of options that allow customers to choose the hydraulic lift table that best suits their needs, including swing gates, guardrails, hydraulic lip, rollers, turntables, ball transfer platforms, etc.

Parts of a lift table:

Base:

The base of a hydraulic lift table is the part that supports the entire weight of the machine and its load. It is designed to be strong and stable and can be installed either on the floor or in a pit.

Scissor mechanism:

This component allows the lift table to move up and down. It usually consists of two steel sections connected in an X-shape by a pivot point, which links the base to the platform.

Platform:

This is the load-bearing area of the lift table, where the load to be raised or lowered is placed. Inkema hydraulic lift tables can be customised according to each customer’s requirements.

Hydraulic power unit:

It consists of an electric motor, hydraulic pump, tank, cylinder, piping, and various components that provide movement to the hydraulic lift table.

Inkema control panel:

This allows the hydraulic lift table to be operated, enabling the load to be raised or lowered to the desired position.

Inkema divides its range of lift tables into three categories:

All Inkema lift tables are designed and manufactured using high-quality materials and are equipped with all the necessary safety devices.

Inkema hydraulic lift tables carry the CE marking and have been manufactured in accordance with European standards and directives.
